Conditions for Return and Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- The product is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- You provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Personalized or custom-made products
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your product at support@chinahub.store with your order details.
- Wait for our team to provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the product back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Return Form
We include a return form with every order to simplify the return process. If you wish to return a product, please fill out the return form and send it back to us along with the product. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping charges for the return. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the process will begin once we receive your returned product. We will ship the replacement item as soon as possible, subject to availability.
